Casement and sliding sash windows are our number one products. All our windows are A-rated, with several styles available in affordable UPVC, ultra-slender aluminium and sustainably sourced timber frames. Conservatories
Our third core product is conservatories. As with our windows and doors, we offer only the best bespoke glazing, hardware, replacement roofs, integrated solar panels and more so you can create the conservatory of your dreams.
About the Area
Set in the borough of Wigan, Greater Manchester, Leigh is a large town with a population of around 53,000.
Historically based in Lancashire, Leigh was once a hub of industry, coal mining and textiles. Today, it is better known for the Leigh Sports Village, an 11,000 capacity multi-sport venue housing football, rugby and athletics, among others.
The grand building of Leigh Town Hall houses an exhibition of local history, and you can pay your respects at the town’s Cenotaph War Memorial.
Other attractions include The Turnpike Gallery in the iconic modernist Leigh Library, Pennington Flash Country Park, a peaceful nature reserve, and the free-to-enter Leigh Spinners Mill.
Leigh is proud of its famous sons and daughters, including singer-songwriter Pete Shelley of the Buzzcocks, musician Georgie Fame, late great rugby legend Tommy Sale, British Paralympic swimmer Heather Frederiksen MBE, the opera singer known as ‘The Lancashire Caruso’, Thomas Burke, Edible seaweed researcher and phycologist, Kathleen Mary Drew-Baker, comedian Ken Platt, Hollyoaks actress and model Sarah Jayne Dunn, philanthropist Arthur Turtle, and Alfred Wilkinson, recipient of the Victoria Cross.
