The idea of having a double glazing salesman sat in your house for four hours, starting off with one price, then calling “the boss” for a “special discount” fills a lot of people with fear. We understand that and don’t have the time or inclination to insult our customers’ intelligence with these outdated, high pressure sales tactics. One of the owners, Alex or Danny, will visit your property, discuss your needs and come up with a reasonable quote for you to consider in your own time. This quote is emailed to you the same day. If you like it, give us a call and we’ll get the ball rolling. If it’s not for you, that’s fine too. The way we see it is, if you want it, you’ll buy it!

As members of our trade body CERTASS, you can be sure that your installation meets the most exacting standards. In order to self-certify our work, our installation procedures are regularly vetted. This means that we are able to issue Building Regulations Complaince Certficates (also know as a ‘fensa’ certficate) for all of our work.

At MWF, we take pride in our reputation for customer service; after all, it’s the reason people have kept coming back to us and recommending us over the years.
Like all companies, from time-to-time, we have customers with small snagging issues which need attention. We have a full-time service engineer, Ged, who will call out to fix any problems as quickly as possible. We aim to attend to all issues within 48 hours, but we’re usually a lot quicker than that. After all, we have a reputation to protect!
To give our customers added peace-of-mind, we are also members of the Consumer Protection Association. As members of the CPA we must maintain high levels of customer care. The added benefit of being members of the CPA is that we automatically give our customers an Insurance Backed Guarantee covering 100% of the contract value. (*please note that other IBG providers will only cover as little as 25% of the contract value. All IBGs are not the same!)
