Manchester Window Factory have just fitted a new front door at my property. From the first meeting to installation they have proved to be reliable and efficient. After contacting several window companies for an installation needed within two weeks, Manchester Window Factory were the only company that were able to accomodate us. They were very responsive with us getting a quote within 30 minutes and all follow up communications were on time, I didn't have to chase them up for anything. We can thoroughly recommend Manchester Window Factory. The staff in the store were friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions with patience and without any of the usual sales push or pressure tactics you sometimes get from window suppliers. The team were great at responding to emails and phone calls when we had queries about our order, and they guided us through all the various options to help us select something that fit the style of our property. The measurer and fitters turned up when they said they would, and they were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great and are fantastic quality.
