About the Area

Close to Stockport and Wilmslow, Bramhall is an affluent and sought-after suburb of Greater Manchester.

A large and vibrant village, it is home to some excellent schools and family-friendly homes with large gardens, plus restaurants, shops, and a train station, with regular Northern Rail services to Manchester, Stockport and Stoke-on-Trent.

Aside from being a wealthy area, Bramhall is best known for the stunning Grade I listed manor house, Tudor Hall and beautiful Bramhall Park with its 70+ acres, gardens and lake.

Other attractions include the Cheshire Art Gallery, and regular markets, including the Bramhall Artisan Market. There are also festivals and community events held throughout the year.

A reasonable distance from the Peak District, Bramhall also has several cycling routes and hiking trails. Other popular sporting activities include golfing at the 18-hole courses and swimming.

After contacting several window companies for an installation needed within two weeks, Manchester Window Factory were the only company that were able to accomodate us. They were very responsive with us getting a quote within 30 minutes and all follow up communications were on time, I didn't have to chase them up for anything. The staff in the store were friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions with patience and without any of the usual sales push or pressure tactics you sometimes get from window suppliers. The team were great at responding to emails and phone calls when we had queries about our order, and they guided us through all the various options to help us select something that fit the style of our property. The measurer and fitters turned up when they said they would, and they were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great and are fantastic quality.
